What I am is a hardworking realtor who has no time for games. I believe that in order for a real estate agent to be successful he must possess the following.
1. Knowledge of the current market
2. Knowledge of the current finance market
3. Seasoned negotiating skills
I began my career in 1975. I believe that my training as a Certified Financial Planner and my expertise as a register investment adviser with the S.E.C. places me above the average agent in dealing with real estate finances. My experiences as an arbitrator, as a mediator and as a Certified Buyer’s Representative also place me above the average agent in terms of negotiating a successful real estate transaction.
These features coupled with my training, which allows me to deal professionally with seniors or those facing foreclosures.
I believe that each real estate transaction is highly personal. Each deserves a high level of discretion as well as a high level of competence. I am certain that I can exceed your expectations and provide the quality of lifestyle you are seeking.
Although I am a licensed real estate broker in my own right I have chosen to work as an associate broker under the umbrella of Ford Real Estate.
